Sarracenia flava "Goldie"

Watch Goldie grow through the season

The question I get asked more often than any other about "Goldie" is "Do you have one to sell me?" . Well you'll have to go on the waiting list for that one.

The second most popular question is What's so special about "Goldie"? My answer to that is this; if you see "Goldie" on her own you'll probably think it's just another green flava, but walk into a greenhouse where she's sat on a bench with other flavas and you'll say "wow, what's that?".

So you can judge for yourself, throughout this season I will take pictures of "Goldie", an all green flava and a rubricorpora for you to compare.

Click the thumbnail images below to open larger pictures; you can open more than one and put them side by side to compare them.

To kick off here are some shots taken 9th April 2010.
